150 T Traversing Metal Embossing

Alliance Machine and Engraving announced the completion and shipment of an industrial grade 150 ton metal embossing machine, featuring a matched set of induction hardened, forged steel embossing rolls. The 53” face rolls were engraved with Alliance’s non directional stucco embossing pattern and are mounted in a removable cassette for quick pattern change. A motorized base and separate steel tracks allow the unit to traverse in and out of line. A 75 HP A – C variable speed motor enables operation at a line speed of up to 250 feet/min. The unit is 100% made in USA with standard domestic components.
